Shipping Information

Most orders are shipped within 3 working days after ordering, but we always aim, if possible, to send out the next working day. Please note we are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Larger items are usually direct delivery, so please allow 7-10 days for shipping. In the event an item is currently out of stock, we will email you with an expected delivery date.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If the items you have ordered have arrived damaged or faulty, you must inform us within 3 days of receipt. Email us at Lee@sensorysecrets.com detailing your sales reference and a brief overview of the issue. A returns label will be provided.

When returning items, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items, they will be inspected. Once confirmed as damaged or faulty, we will arrange a refund.
